Dr. Sarah Greer welcomes you to Pacific Coast Neuropsychology.

With 15+ years of experience in the field of psychology, Dr. Greer is a Registered Psychologist and is the principal clinician at PCN. Dr. Greer earned a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from the University of Oxford in 2012 and specialized in Neuropsychology. She completed a one year residency in Brain Injury and Neurology at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, UK. She worked in the field of psychology in the UK for 10 years before returning to Vancouver in 2013, and completed a 6-month post-doctoral fellowship at the Headwise concussion clinic in Surrey, BC.

With a significant amount of hands-on experience, Dr. Greer is qualified to carry out a comprehensive range of neuropsychological and psychological assessments covering a variety of issues. She is registered in both BC and the United Kingdom as a Psychologist.

Dr. Greer has previously worked as a neuropsychologist for Vancouver Coastal Health (Richmond Hospital) and entered private practice in 2014. She is also a member of the Cortex organization, which provides complex case assessments in a team capacity.

With a strong educational ethos, Dr. Greer has been an instructor at Kwantlen Polytechnic University since 2014, where she teaches Neuropsychology, Health Psychology, Aging, Clinical Interventions and Psychopathology and is a published author in the fields of Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology.
